For Belgium, France and Austria:
You simply add items to your shopping bag by clicking “in winkelmand”. For certain items you need to select size or color. When shopping, you can always have a look at your shopping bag by clicking the ‘shopping cart’ symbol in the top right corner. When you done shopping, you can click on “afrekenen” to complete your order.
All other countries:
Please mail us to place your order and we’ll send a conformation plus the payment details. As soon as we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation and the package will be sent as soon as possible.

Expected delivery within Europe around 3-8 business days; outside Europe can be longer. This varies from country to country.
returns
We take care of your order and the delivery with care. Of course we hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you are unhappy with something you have ordered for any reason, please let us know within 14 days. We kindly ask you to check the item immediately after you received it for damage or defects. The item should be unused, unworn, with tags intact and in its original packaging, so that it reaches us in the condition you would expect to receive it. All costs of returning are for the customer unless the item is not the one you’ve ordered or for any other reason which is our fault. After receiving your e-mail we will let you know the details how the item should be returned to us. We only take back returns that are reported by e-mail.

refund
Up to 14 working days will pass between the receipt of the returned item(s) and the refund. This will depend on your shipping. Once we receive your return you will receive an email confirmation. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.
